That said, I was happily surprised when Fast Travel Games (Cities VR, The Curious Tale of the Stolen Pets) presented me with a Stellaris spin-off for virtual reality behind closed doors at Gamescom 2022. Grand experiences like Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice VR Edition, Moss and Moss 2, Townsmen VR, Demeo, or Little Cities just aren’t enough when I consider what grand strategy and role-playing games exist for PC and consoles. I think there are far too few diorama-style VR games, and far too few VR tabletop titles.
